The GRIND Alpha1000 is the feature intensive, yet budget-friendly squat stand we could create. We included two plate storage options that double as a stabilizer for the rack during pull-ups and while the bar is in use, a built-in barbell holder, numbered uprights on each upright for knowing where to place your j-cups when going from bench press to squatting, as well as j-cups that are lined to protect the knurling on your barbell.
